Körperrotation im Golfschwung erklärt (Anleitung)

Many golfers keep their shoulders and hips closed at impact – this leads to chaos in the arms and hands, chicken wings, and uncontrolled ball flight. Here are the key points from the video on how to change this: 1. Imagine a carousel. Your body is the center, arms and clubs are the chains. As long as the carousel is spinning, everything remains stable. As soon as you stop spinning, chaos ensues. 2. Hang into your left arm. Don't immediately pull with your arms on the downswing, but let your body "fall" into your left arm. Let your arms fall vertically downwards first. 3. Sling instead of hitting. Feel the movement as if you were slinging your left arm out of the body rotation. The right arm and wrist extend late – not at the top of the swing. 4. Turn head first. Instead of keeping your head down, consciously turn it toward the target. This supports your rotation and prevents you from being "locked in" at impact. Control your finish. If you spin cleanly, you'll automatically land with a loose finish – with straight arms and a more consistent clubface. 👉 Try these steps the next time you practice and pay attention to the spin sensation. You'll notice: More rotation will give you more consistent ball contact and more distance. Go to the Golfreich training journey: https://golfreich.com/golfreisen-mit-... 👍 Did the summary help you?
