MY TOP 5 RUNNING SHOES FOR HEAVY RUNNERS!

Here are my top 5 running shoes for heavy runners! As I've progressed through my weight loss journey I've noticed that my needs in a shoe have changed. When I was a much heavier runner I needed a few additional features that while I still like to have, they aren't as essential. In this video I wanted to highlight the top five running shoes I would suggest to someone who is a little bit of an overweight runner that is looking for a new running shoe. The features I looked at in order for a shoe to make this list is a wider landing platform so the shoe is a bit more stable, a forgiving foam that will absorb that impact and I've also added a true stability shoe on the list that I used to enjoy as a heavier runner.
