The Manizales Mayor's Office and Fenalco Caldas conducted a rigorous technical support program for these organizations over several months. The capital of Caldas, after taking a firm step toward transforming its work environments thanks to a strategic alliance between the Manizales Mayor's Office and Fenalco Caldas, concluded the process by recognizing 23 companies and institutions committed to transforming their work environments. After several months of rigorous technical support, these organizations received certification for effectively integrating labor and gender equity policies into the core of their operations. Among the organizations that made this commitment and successfully completed the entire process are leading figures from the public, private, and social sectors of the region. The list of the 23 certified institutions includes Emergia, Productos Químicos Andinos S.A.S., Tecniversia, Fundación Fesco, Comercializadora Mercaldas S.A., Nutrir, Centro Galerías Plaza de Mercado S.A.S., Crece, Efigas Gas Natural S.A. E.S.P., and the Regional Autonomous Corporation of Caldas (Corpocaldas). La Aurora Funerales y Capillas and Celema S.A. also contributed their efforts.
