EastEnders: Grant Mitchell Scenes - Episode 108 (Grant Proposes to Sharon)

Grant tells Phil he signed him and Sharon up for a wedding license at 'Gretna Green'. Phil however spots Ricky's van before this conversation can go further. They confront Frank about it and he already knows. The Butchers and Mitchells have an argument in the bed and breakfast over this recent development. Ricky and Sam are now married against the wishes of the Mitchell family. Peggy says she doesn't want her daughter married to a 'dipstick'. Love Jo Warne by the way, she's like a mixture of Kim Woodburn and Mrs Trunchball. Frank however sticks up for the young couple and says they will stay married. The Mitchell brothers tell Ricky they made out he's mentally unstable. Grant later tells Sharon what's he done and proposes in a way I expect from him. Sharon says she will have to think about it. 9th July 1991.
