What's In My Pumping Bag | Essentials For Pumping At Work!

Hi guys! This video was recorded almost a month ago so now that I'v been back at work for that time I would say I use everything I mention except the manual pump (I keep that at home for a backup since I leave my electric pump at work) the haakaa & the storage bags. I do the method I spoke about and love it! It works best for me to pump in the large bottles, have dry ones for the next time and then consolidate the milk once it's cooled and then bring it home in the pack it. Once I'm home I will divide the milk into the storage bags according to the milk she is drinking (between 5 & 6 oz bags) and then use my pack it to bring it to the sitter the next day. I also keep my used pump parts in a zip lock bag in the fridge after each use so I can save time and not have to wash them in between pumping sessions.
