¿Qué HACER en Aarhus EN 1 DÍA? Jardín Botánico ARoS Dokk1 | DINAMARCA 9

We continue our tour of Aarhus, and after visiting Den Gamle By in the previous video, we'll now explore four more interesting places in the city. The first is the Aarhus Botanical Garden, a place where you can enter a giant greenhouse and discover plant species from various regions of the world. Entry is free! The second place is ARoS, the Aarhus Art Museum. Undoubtedly, the most popular feature of this museum is the colorful observation deck at the top, offering breathtaking views. The museum galleries are equally impressive—be sure to see the giant boy! Highly recommended. The third place, a traveler's recommendation if you need to work, find shelter from the weather, or get reliable internet access, is Dokk1. And finally, let's explore Riis Forest, or Riis Skov in Danish. It was Denmark's first public forest, where traditionally forests were owned and managed by the royal family or the nobility, and in some cases, by ordinary farmers. Timber and firewood were very important resources in past centuries, needed for shipbuilding, the construction of houses and various other important structures, or simply for heating and cooking. Riis Skov has a long cultural history as a recreational area for Aarhus and its residents. Not only can you walk along its paths or have a picnic, but there's also an exercise area, a spa, a hotel, and even a former ballroom that is now a hostel. I hope you enjoyed this tour of these sites in Denmark's second-largest city. Feel free to leave any questions in the comments.
