Screened at Mumbai and Toronto, the story of 20-year old Phara Khentrul Rinpoche and an insight into what it means to be a young incarnate Lama living in exile. Directed by Ritu Sarin and Tenzing Sonam | 2007 Producer and Commissioning Editor: Rajiv Mehrotra Ritu Sarin has an MFA in film and video from the California College of Arts, while Tenzing Sonam studied broadcast journalism at California. Through White Crane Films, they have made more than 20 documentaries, several video installations and one dramatic feature, exploring questions of exile, identity, culture and nationalism that confront the Tibetan people. Ritu and Tenzing are Directors of the Dharamsala International Film Festival. Rajiv Mehrotra is the founding Managing Trustee and Commissioning Editor of PSBT - his films have won more than 300 awards worldwide, including 32 in 31 years from the President of India. His nine books are available in 50 languages and editions.
