A SPEAR to stop a prison riot | The Straits Times
It took an elite tactical team just 30 seconds to quell the prison "riot". Despite how little time it took to restore order, a lot of coordination went into ensuring the success of the mission. On Oct 3, an eight-man Spear Force, short for Singapore Prisons Emergency Action Response Force, barged its way into a prison workshop as projectiles rained on them.
