Ferry from Spain to Ireland

Cruise/Ferry to Ireland We got to a French Ship in a Spanish port and sailed to Ireland. Its a small world innit? In this video we cover leaving Spain on a car ferry from Brittany Ferries to Ireland. It was an overnight trip. We booked a fancy cabin with a really comfortable bed and bath. The crossing was comfortable and uneventful The food was sufficient although dnner was the same for both times and lunch was the same as dinner so three identical meals. Not like an ocean cruise for sure! This cruise saved us time in the Schengen zone which meant we could travel farther in France without having to “save” more days for our return to Harro’s to store the van in October. We would recommend this as a great way to see Southern France and still get to Ireland and the UK within a couple weeks if that all the time you have. The cruise makes a great break from #vanlife with unlimited hot water and relaxing “cruise style” Its hard to believe we have been travelling in our van since April and we won't head back till October.
