Massage table layering and overall table presentation is very important! Your table should look like a well made bed that has defined folds. It should be inviting, clean, smell fresh and warm (if needed). Your clients shouldn't be worried about how thin the sheets are or feeling too exposed. Everything should look and feel very secure and sanitary. Try out your own table for a bit and close your eyes. Analyze what you feel. What do you like and what is it that you don't like? Look face down, face up and to the side. See what your client's see from their point of view. From there, fix what needs to be fixed. You should be preparing your table and your room like a high end resort. Nothing should be sloppy, dirty/unsanitary or lack care in anyway.
