Alejandro Moreno rechaza llamado de Sheinbaum y acusa a Morena de proteger a "narcopolíticos"

The national leader of the PRI, Alejandro Moreno, affirmed that his party supports the defense of the rights of Mexicans living in the United States, but rejected the call for national unity made by Mayor Claudia Sheinbaum, considering it an attempt to divert attention from other problems facing the federal government. Moreno stated that the PRI will support all actions in favor of migrants, but maintained that it will not endorse a political strategy that, in his opinion, aims to protect Morena party officials accused of alleged ties to organized crime. He also accused the government of having weakened consular services and support programs for Mexican nationals abroad.
