EXPLORING AKUMAL MEXICO // Snorkeling // Stingrays

In this video we leave our resort and adventure to AKUMAL. Only a fifteen minute transit ride and a ten minute walk and we we swimming in this ocean. Akumal is known for a turtle sanctuary which is regulated by the government and there are several restrictions and you have to pay to swim in the santuary area. We decided to explore the area on our own, unfortunately we didn't see any sea turtles however the ocean was alive and the snorkelling was amazing. We had a nice lunch and drinks which provided a break from the sun and heat. After a few more ours of exploring the beach it was time to make our way back to our resort. I would highly recommend going to Akumal if you are in Mexico, the beach is beautiful and the ocean was amazing. Thank you for watching.
