cEDH Taigam deck tech Budget

This is a great commander to build a budget cEDH deck on. Taigam has some problems. His combo gameplan is quite slow and takes time to assemble. Also, all your opponent needs to do is keep killing him over and over. But his potential is great! His abilities are great for an EDH commander.
