Diablo 2 NPCs range from annoying and bad, to chad and enjoyable. In any RPG if the cast of supporting characters aren't well designed, the entire experience diminishes. So here's my ranking of all 32 NPCs found in Diablo 2. I promise only about 70 percent of them are terrible. Thanks for watching!
