Why We Chose Goats Over the Milk Cow

Hello everyone! Thanks so much for watching. We have had dairy goats for 5 years now, and this is our second freshening with Betty, our milk cow. We hope you are able to learn from our experiences and that this video helps you decide what would work best for you. Don't worry, Betty isn't going anywhere! We love our Betty cow and plan to continue milking her as long as she is able for the rest of her days :) Having both dairy goats and a milk cow made us realize that we didn't want more milk cows, and we prefer the goats instead.
