For the past 90 days, I have been practicing Shambhavi Mahamudra daily, and the changes I observed were not what I had imagined earlier. In this video, I am not going to give you a theoretical explanation. This is purely my personal experience of Shambhavi Mahamudra after 90 days of regular practice. My Experience After 90 Days In these 90 days I got many benefits but I am mentioning only physical and emotional changes. I am not sharing subtle changes because I am not observant enough to notice these changes. I got 11 main changes or benefits after doing Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya for 90 days. The Biggest Realization After 90 days, I realized one simple truth: The power is not in the practice itself—it is in doing it daily. Many people learn Shambhavi, feel inspired for some time, and then slowly stop. I did the same for years. But when you stay consistent, even for 90 days, the difference becomes clearly visible.
