Checking out some of the rough areas of Chattanooga, Tennessee. Known as the "Scenic City", it has a population of about 190,671 and growing. It's grown quite a lot actually, over 5% in the last 5 years. Although it has it's nice areas, there's many high crime areas. Chattanooga has been unfortunately known as one of the most dangerous cities in America, but does it hold up to that in reality?
