Take a look at the ganster terror attitudes and conduct of the taxi leaders who we expect and hope to be reasonable in this country. We are hoping for people who do not respect laws and rules of the road to respect us as passengers and to respect other commuters. The South African Taxi Industry is trying to intimidate everyone who is not on their side. Ubers are getting taken, burnt, shot at and stoned. the same is happening with private car owners and the same is happening with buses. Metro buses putco buses trains and many other buses including intercape are being burnt and yet we are expected to just look aside and fund the national dialogue because it will bring us solutions to our problems?
