Hi Joinhas and Joinhos 👍 In today's video, I'm going to make MARU'S FAVORITE SWEET (CHOCOLATE CAKE WITH GANACHE, DULCE DE LECHE, AND CHERRY). CAKE INGREDIENTS: 6 EGGS (separate the whites and yolks) 1 1/2 CUPS OF FLOUR 1/2 CUPS OF CORNSTARCH 2 CUPS OF SUGAR 1 CUP OF CHOCOLATE MIXED SWEET 1 TSP OF ROYAL POWDER 1 TSP OF MARGARINE OR BUTTER 1 CUP OF MILK PREPARATION Beat the egg whites until stiff. Add the egg yolks and the stiff peaks and beat. Gradually mix in the sugar. Bring the milk to a boil, then combine with the other ingredients and beat. - Add the remaining ingredients (flour, cornstarch, chocolate powder, and baking powder) to a bowl. Once mixed, gradually add them to the mixer (on low power). Once the batter is ready, divide it into three equal greased baking sheets and bake in a preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes. GANACHE 200g semisweet chocolate. 150g milk chocolate. 1 can heavy cream. PREPARING THE GANACHE Chop the chocolate and melt in a bain-marie. Add the cream to the melted chocolate.
