Rempeyek Kacang - Deep Fried Javanese Cracker !
Rempeyek or Peyek is one of my favorite cracker. It is very flavorful and tasty, quite different than other indonesian crackers (kerupuk). You can find many kinds of topping for rempeyek in Indonesia, such as peanuts, shrimps, fish, etc. In this video, I am making the basic and most common rempeyek, which is rempeyek kacang (with peanuts as toppings).
