I start the morning by visiting a beautiful Catholic church for mass, then spend most of the day relaxing at the resort pool where I’m staying. Later, I head out to find dinner, but with most places closed I end up eating at my hotel. Luckily, I still get a sweet treat for the evening — dessert from a local supermarket.
