At the heart of global logistics is the marine shipping industry, a massive and highly complex global network of actors, from shippers to ports and industry to governments, who are ultimately responsible for the intercontinental flow of goods - or as our guest Captain John Konrad, CEO of gCaptain puts it, “these mega-ships and ports are too big to fail.” Yet, are they failing?
