QR Suburban Multiple Unit 220 series (SMU 222): Toowong to Auchenflower (Redcliffe Peninsula train)

Recorded on July 18, 2019 Queensland Rail's suburban multiple unit 220 series were built by Walkers Limited in Maryborough (now absorbed into Downer Rail), in partnership with ADtranz (now Bombardier Transportation). They were first delivered in 1999. The consist seen in this video, SMUs 227 and 222, have been paired together for over a month at the time of filming, last seen paired on July 25, 2019. They were stored for approximately two weeks at Elimbah before being placed back into revenue service on July 16, two days before this video.
