One of the first fruits (ok its not really a fruit, its just the stalk of a leaf) of the season that makes a fresh, zingy and fruity wine. It’s really easy to make rhubarb wine, and satisfying too. If you have some stuffed in the back of the freezer, or way to much to make into crumble or a fool, then get brewing!
