VERO-S Media Coupling: Automated Machine Loading Without In-Machine Media Supply

There is still untapped potential to reduce cycle times in setup and loading processes. With the SCHUNK VERO-S media coupling, you can now automate the loading of machine tools even if no media supply is available inside the machine enclosure. Via the media coupling, both VERO-S modules and pneumatic clamping systems can be actuated using the robot-side media supply. The media coupling can be retrofitted to all standard VERO-S NSL plus and VERO-S NSL3 clamping stations. It is installed in a way that avoids collision contours during pallet loading or actuation.
