Thank you for your support! #MGBBQ #burgerking #chilicheese Ingredients 30 g butter 2 tbsp flour 150 g grated cheddar cheese 300 ml milk 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp paprika powder 2 tbsp pickled jalapenos a little jalapeno juice Preparation Melt the butter in a pan and gradually whisk in the flour to make a roux. Let it brown slightly, then thicken it with the milk. It's important to add the milk gradually, whisking constantly to ensure there are no lumps. Once the milk-flour roux has a smooth consistency, add the cheese and seasonings and stir them in as well. Finally, add the diced jalapenos and a little of the jalapeno juice from the jar.
