Fun If You Like Crazy EXPOSURE?!?! | Ecuador Mountain Biking Adventure - MTB Day 3

Day 3 of our Ecuador mountain biking adventure might just be the most stunning and sketchy one yet! We kick things off at the iconic Lake Quilotoa — a crater lake formed by a massive volcanic eruption over 800 years ago. The views are unreal, and the ride down is just the beginning… From there, we head north for what might be the sketchiest trail we’ve ever ridden — loose, sandy singletrack hugging the edge of a cliff. One wrong move and… well, you’ll see. To wrap things up, we hit the Lombisi bike park near Quito for some fast local laps, filled with ruts, jumps, and all the fun we could handle before sunset. If you’ve never thought about mountain biking in Ecuador — it’s time. This country is packed with wild terrain, epic scenery, high-altitude adventure, and incredibly kind people. You can ride volcanoes, rip through jungles, and be eating fresh empanadas in a local village all in the same day. It’s one of the most underrated MTB destinations we’ve ever explored. Let’s ride!
