[SMBX2] choccycon24 - Todd Caves In

Todd OC by Mr "John" Nameless! A level I made for the SMBX2 Chocolate Contest in 2024. Despite having had a whopping 2 months(!) and starting on this early than the submission time, I still think this one could've used more time in the oven... The work does indeed spread itself over the available time. There were a lot of super ambitious ideas here, and while I am happy how the spindrill works in the end, it has some janky collision in the submission. When I release the spindrill, that's gonna be fixed though. Another thing about this level I'm unsure about is just how long it is, 8 minutes is crazy.
