William S. Burroughs - When did I stop wanting to be president
Burroughs reading his 1975 piece for Harper's answering the question - when did you stop wanting to be president. Broadcast on Austin, TX public access TV around 2001. Recorded from rabbit ears and transferred from VHS 15 years later. Poor quality at the beginning but I can't find any other version of this reading on Youtube. If anyone has a better one please post it, it's a great performance and a timely subject.
