Tanzania 2026: Visiting Our Project Rehema Families

My mother, Kelli Solsma, has done mission and service work in Tanzania for nearly 30 years. In 2007, she and a board of directors started a non-profit organization, Project Rehema Ministries, to care for the needs of orphaned and vulnerable children in Tanzania. Project Rehema has grown to support more than 130 children and the loving mamas that care for them. In June of 2026, I had the opportunity to join my mom for a trip to Tanzania to visit with our Project Rehema families. It was my second trip to Tanzania with my mom, but my first as a priest.
