INGREDIENTS 📝 3 Tablespoons plain Greek Yogurt 3 large cloves(1 Tablespoon ) Garlic crushed 1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric 1/4 Teaspoon Cumin powder 1/2 Teaspoon Coriander powder 2 Teaspoons Paprika or Kashmiri Chili 1/4 Teaspoon Chili powder 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper 1/2 Teaspoon Salt 1 Teaspoon fresh Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon Tomato paste, optional (but recommended) 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive oil 500g Boneless Chicken Strips ( I used Chicken Breast) METHOD ✍️ 1. Mix the Yogurt with Garlic paste, Lemon juice, Tomato Paste, Olive Oil and Spices in a Bowl. 2. Slice the Chicken pieces thin into long strips. Drain them of any excess water after washing. 3. Add them to the yogurt mix and mix well. 4. Cover airtight keep refrigerated for atleast 1 hour or overnight. Insert into skewers. 5. Bake @230C (450°F) for 20 Mins flipping the sides halfway. Baste with melted butter or Oil before flipping. 6. For a nice, charred crispy finish, switch to broil or Grill mode (upper rod only) for 4-5 minutes.
