I see more and more women starting to get into bodyweight fitness and yet hardly anyone talking about the things we have to deal with throughout our training. Menstrual cycle, birth control, being pregnant even?? I was reluctant to make this video because I doubted if it would really help anybody. But I figured it wouldn’t hurt to put it out there and get the ball rolling. I’d love to make this video again, but better.
