Ladino Passover Seder 1984
Ladino or Judeo Espanyol is the language of the Sephardic Jews. In 1492 the Jews were expelled from Spain. They settled in many areas around the Mediterranean and maintained their version of 15th Century Spanish. This video, made in 1984 shows Harry Benveniste and Edward Amateau reading the Haggadah of Passover in Ladino.
