Skipping ahead to our final challenge during the UK tour! Randy and I visited Las Iguanas in the heart of London to help kick off their brand new Triple Grande Nacho Platter Challenge! Brave and hungry eaters have just 45 minutes to finish 3 servings of their new Grande Nachos, which is covered in jackfruit, black beans, chili con carne, chicken tinga, and chipotle beef. There is also a generous amount of sour cream, guacamole, cheese, jalapeños, pickled onions, and their brand new "fondido" sauce. Winners of the challenge earn their £45 meal for free, a groovy t-shirt, and a spot up on Las Iguanas Wall of Fame!
