HubNut buys a cheap Daimler! (Jaguar XJ40). Will it get home?
Yes, I've bought a 1992 Daimler 4.0, the posh version of the Jaguar XJ6 (XJ40 generation). It was cheap, has plenty of issues, and needed two of them resolving before I could even drive home. 300 miles. From Glasgow. This will be a project car in Classic Jaguar magazine, and boy will it keep me busy!
