my experience volunteering in Thailand 🇹🇭🐘

join me as I make my way to the North East of Thailand to volunteer at the Mindfulness Project! I didn’t really know what to expect heading into this experience, but it was 10000x times better than I ever could have imagined 🥰 I learned so much here about permaculture, buddhism, neuroscience and community-building. I’m so grateful for all the people I met here and for the connections we created.
