Trains at Stoke-on-Trent, 26/07/2021 (1080p HD)

Stoke-on-Trent is a major station serving the town with the same name in eastern Cheshire. It sees services by Avanti West Coast, CrossCountry, LNWR and East Midlands Railway. Stoke-on-Trent is a unique station. Despite having only a few platforms, there is a pretty Victorian roof dating back to 1893 over almost the length of the station. This does make the views feel somewhat restricted, but leads to great shots in the end. The roof creates a beautiful echo as trains arrive and depart the station. Stoke-on-Trent does see relatively frequent services, and is definitely worth a visit. The only personal negative remark I can give about the station is the broken vending machines which I once again fell for... My next video will be from Peterborough on the East Coast Main Line.
