Wild Hybrid - Fitness Race - Bramham Park, Leeds - Season 1 - 03/05/2025

The Challenge life fitness crew hit the road to tackle to new fitness race, Wild Hybrid. With its beautiful scenery and running focused race we were in for a treat :) ! RUN TOGETHER, SHARE THE WORKOUT REPS HOWEVER YOU CAN 1km TRAIL RUN Start your journey with a quick run through natures trails. WORK STATION 1 – 50 SANDBAG SQUATS with your partner. M-30kg & F-20kg. Scaled – behind the neck. 1KM TRAIL RUN Keep the momentum as you dash through another km of trails. WORK STATION 2 – 20 ATLAS STONES OVER WALL with your partner. Challenge your lifting prowess by hoisting these stones over a 4ft wooden barrier. M-50kg, M Scaled 30kg. F-30kg, F Scaled-20kg 1KM TRAIL RUN Try and catch your breadth with another scenic run around the venue. WORK STATION 3 – 50 KB DEADLIFTS with your partner. Engage your core and lift with precision. M-2 x 24kg, M Scaled 2 x 20kg. F-2 x 20kg, F Scaled -2 x 16kg 1KM TRAIL RUN Another stretch to keep your heart rate up and the scenery changing. WORK STATION 4 – 100metres of FARMERS CARRYS Grab your weights and showcase your grip strength and balance. Jerry Cans M-2 x 20kgs Jerry Cans F -2 x 16kgs 1KM TRAIL RUN Almost there, keep pushing through the trails. WORK STATION 5 – 50 DOUBLE DUMBBELL STOH SHOULDER TO OVERHEAD movements with your partner to cap off your upper body work strength test. (Push press is allowed) M- 2 x 22.5kg, M Scaled – 2 x 15kg. F – 2 x 15kg, F Scaled 2 x 10kgs Further Scale – 1 x Dumbbell Press 5KM FINAL TRAIL RUN A longer run to test your stamina and mental fortitude.
