It was a dying trade. We had no money. No resources. Barely a bucket to piss in. But we had a dream. It wasn’t that we couldn’t make quality products in America—people just lacked the conviction. Gutted like the industry, most gave up. Which is why we didn't. Instead, we bought one of America’s last wash houses and gave it new life. Not because it was easy.
