A large number of retro small boats lined up offshore in the soft blue sea. The whole town of Tomonoura was like a time warp to a port town in the Showa era. It's no wonder it was chosen as the setting for Ghibli. It was a really great place to relax and forget about busy everyday life for a while♪ It's closer than going from Kansai to Miyajima or Hiroshima city, and I highly recommend the 1 night 2 day course from Onomichi to Tomonoura★ I'll be uploading videos about travel, hot springs, and gourmet food, mainly in Kansai and Western Japan.
