So we bought a ticket through these “middlemen.” What’s more — we easily managed to buy a seat even on an international route that requires verification through the state app Diia. Yes, the same Diia that Ukrainian Railways boasts of as a protection against scalpers. This is a story about shady and fraudulent schemes.
