Harbor Freight Quinn 1/2" Digital Torque Wrench Review
This wrench seems okay but the torque angle is a bit inconsistent as it needs a minimum torque to activate and if you go to fast it under-measures. Also the general torque readings are relatively accurate but if you are not pulling perfectly straight it can throw off the readings by a significant amount. Quinn #64916
