(Vídeo 2 de 7) DISEÑO ESTRUCTURAL DE EDIFICIO DE PISOS CON CYPE

A complete exercise on a real building solved with Cype®, from its initial CAD design to the export of plans to CAD and their layout, in seven videos. Standards applied: EHE/08 and CTE-DB-SE. This is not simply about using a software program (Cype®), but rather employing this software tool and others (CAD) to enable a better structural design of a real apartment building with common architectural constraints. Direct foundation by slab, reinforced concrete basement walls, main structure of reinforced concrete columns and flat beams, and one-way ribbed slabs cast in situ. The building's use consists of apartments on the upper floors, an open-plan ground floor, and a semi-basement level for garages and storage rooms. Starting with the same structural plan, two buildings will be defined: one with a small number of floors (tutorial #5) and another with more floors, ultimately resulting in a slender building (tutorial #7) that requires a bracing core.
