Bobbie Lenke Kohn Holocaust Testimony
This is the Holocaust testimony of my late Grandmother, Bobbie (Lenke) Kohn nee Pollák. Lenke Kohn was born in Bonyhád, Hungary in July 12th, 1921 and this is her story and experience of the triumphant and emotional tale of when she was a young adolescent persecuted by the Nazis and their allies in Hungary (Arrow Cross Party) because she is Jewish. I encourage you to take a look at the St. Louis Kaplan Feldman Holocaust Museum for additional resources for Survivors in the St. Louis community as well as additional educational resources. Please be respectful if leaving a comment, this is for educational purposes to share her story in order to remember that there is no room for bigotry, baseless hatred, bystander effect, xenophobia and antisemitism.
