Dewalt DCW600 cordless router with a broken casing and lick button.

This dewalt router came in with a busted alumium casing. Looked like someone pressed the lock button with the tool running. But after dismantling, it turned out the lock and collect nut where at fault. The nut was on so tight it probably caused the casing to brake when trying to take the nut off. It was so tight I had to smash the old casing and cut away everything to expose the rotor lock ring, so I could clamp in the vice to remove the nut.
