Running America's Oldest Ultra | JFK 50 Mile!

I registered for the JFK50 3 days after the G1M Last Man Standing ultra. I didn’t know it when I signed up but I was going to toe the start line as a new runner, a new person. We learned a lot from G1M, mainly what not to do. I felt strong from start to finish. Not by accident but with intentional effort, training and planning. It takes guts, patience and consistency to train for an ultramarathon. The distance is big, but it’s not bigger than my will to suffer. This vlog will give you a glimpse of race day prep and execution. Thank you for watching! See you in Austin. (Video Intro (Audio) dedicated to and pulled from a podcast filmed by Tristian Workman.)
