Morbid Angel - Evil Spells - Guitar Cover (+Tabs)

Hello hello! After many weeks of careful studying, here’s my take on the closing song from MA’s debut. It might not seem, but it is, so far, their most challenging song, at least for me. As with every Morbid song, the tabs out there are plain wrong so it was as much fun tabbing as it was playing, and features a lot of typical idiosyncrasies of Trey’s playing which you can find in later albums. For the tone, I built up on the tone of my previous MA cover to try and get even closer. I used Two-Notes’ Genome with a JCM 900 clean channel IR with a Rat in front, using the settings that float around online, and a tad of EQ to get the tone where I wanted. The right channel also has some phaser in front of the amp. Backing track was made using Moises.ai. I only covered the rhythm tracks, the solos are from the original recording!
