Nippon Cargo Airlines Boeing 747-8KZF - Main Deck Onload at Chicago O'Hare International Airport

I took this video back when I first started working at cargo operations on the South Air Cargo ramp at Chicago's O'Hare International Airport ( KORD / ORD ), probably within my first 2 weeks of being there. It's a bit longer than my usual videos, but I hope you enjoy it! In it, you will see a bit of the cargo onload procedure for loading a Boeing 747-8F, in this case it's a Nippon Cargo Airlines ( NCA / KZ ) freighter, either JA12KZ or JA13KZ. Feel free to ask me questions. I will answer them as best as I can. The last 4 minutes of the video or so are the crucial lock check walk-arounds in which we have to ensure that all the cargo locks are engaged and holding down the pallets. This has become even more crucial after National Airlines Cargo Flight 102 ( NCR / N8 ) went down at Bagram Airfield in Afghanistan after stalling during take-off, most likely due to shifting cargo. This resulted in the loss of not only the aircraft, N949CA, but also the 7-man crew aboard.
