Week 15 /// Brighton Marathon Training /// Last Long Run!

My last long run before Brighton next week. This has been the first week in 3 weeks with no race (thankfully) so time to take it easy and take advantage! A few aches and pains have made me feel a little tired and I need to remember not to overtrainin, especially this close to the marathon. Getting excited now! Let go of your limits!
