Bookish Crafting Ep.1: Shower Steamers | feat. my Mom!

Hey guys! So...this is different from what I usually do on my channel. I have a lot of unused bath products that came from subscription boxes just sitting around and I finally decided to do something with them! I thought that this might be something fun to break up all my regular bookish content. Plus! I love crafting and making things (especially if I can make it relate back to books). It's kinda fun to share another of my hobbies with y'all. The full recipe: 1 Cup Baking Soda 1/2 Cup Epsom Salt 1/2 Cup of Corn Starch 3 Teaspoon of Water (may need to add more) Food Coloring (optional) Essential oils – approx 20 to 40 drops The Instructions: 1. Combine Baking Soda, Epsom salt and Corn Starch and mix well until combined 2. Pour 1 teaspoon of water (only 1 teaspoon at at time) into the mix and stir until you get the consistency of slightly wet sand 3. Mixture should hold together when squeezed (like making a snowball) but should not appear wet at all. You may need to add slightly more water if it hasn’t achieved this consistency yet 4. Optional: Add one or two drops of any food coloring of your choice 5. Once you get this texture, add the essential oils and stir to combine 6. Push mixture into silicon molds, press in firmly (packed them in tightly) and leave at least 24 hours or until hardened 7.
